Student Support Service Portal (SSSP)

All registered students of “VMU” shall have
the privilege to access the students support service portal (SSSP) of VMU, Salem.
Here students can apply on-line for any program of study based on the eligibility
criteria for each program of study. The University shall register the applied student
after verifying the credentials of the student and payment of required fees. All
registered students shall be given a unique number called the ‘Registration Number’
which shall be referred to him/her through out the period of study. All on-line
registered students will be allotted for personal
contact program and other support services. Students can also apply for admission
through approved study centers or regional centers while all admission applications
are processed for registration only at the head quarters level.

After getting the register number from the university students are allowed register
in this ‘SSSP’ by following the instruction given for registration. This portal
will provide each student with individual screens for accessing all information
which include e-learning, digital library, discussion forum, application for registration
for examination, on-line hall ticket, result publication, revaluation/re-totaling,
payment of fees, etc.

Here student can post his/her grievance through the grievance section of this portal
which will be directly handled by the “Grievance Cell” of this University. A detailed
procedure for ‘Student Grievance Redressal’ will be posted in this website.
